At ROMIMI, we ship premium father-son matching streetwear across the United States with care, so your order arrives in perfect condition for your first father-son moment.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $100: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $100: $10 flat rate shipping

All orders include fully tracked service.

Delivery Times

🇺🇸 United States (all 50 states, DC & territories)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Fully tracked service via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Order Processing

  • Standard Processing: 1–3 business days
  • During Peak Periods (collection launches, Black Friday, holidays): up to 5 business days
  • All delivery times are calculated from dispatch date, not order date

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive:

  • Order confirmation email with order number
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking updates

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates vary by jurisdiction.

Delivery Process

If you're not home:

  • Package may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor
  • Carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building reception before contacting us

Before contacting us about delays, please wait 7 business days from dispatch date.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Package shows delivered but you didn't receive it?

  • Check with neighbors, household members, building reception
  • Check all safe locations around your address
  • Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark as delivered early)
  • Contact us at contact@romimi.com if still missing

Package arrived damaged?

  • Take photos of packaging and damaged items
  • Don't discard packaging
  • Email contact@romimi.com immediately with photos and order number

We'll resolve issues quickly with replacement or refund.

Father-Son Matching Sets

  • Both pieces ship together unless items are on pre-order
  • Carefully packaged for perfect arrival
  • We'll contact you if any size is unavailable before shipping

Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

  • Pre-orders ship on estimated release date communicated at purchase
  • Can't be cancelled once dispatched
  • VIP members get priority processing for limited editions

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO) — contact us for arrangements
